Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone or information will be published on our social media platform.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and payment method. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Rates:

  • Credit Card on Website – $35
  • Online Bank Transfer/ Bank Deposit – $25.00
  • Linx/ Credit Card on Delivery – $35
  • Cash on Delivery – $35
  • Cash at Pick Up – No Charge

Delivery Estimates:

All orders are estimated to be delivered between 3-5 Business Days, with the exception of Tobago orders which are estimated at 5-7 Business Days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Note: Cash on Delivery Orders do not have tracking numbers

Pick Up Orders

Pick Ups are facilitated at our warehouse, and confirmation of pick up time with the warehouse attendant is required prior to pickup. Details for contact are included in the order confirmation email.

Note: Pick up orders can only be paid via Cash


Canceling an Order

You can request to cancel any order before it ships; your order status  can be identified on your account page, or via your order confirmation emails (for those who do not have customer accounts). To cancel send a WhatsApp message to our Handy Hotline- 1 868 388 0121, ensure that you provide your full order number and details of the cancellation such as: I want to cancel my entire order, I do not want a particular item etc.

Note: Any order paid with Credit Card on our website will incur a 5% cancellation fee, which will be deducted prior to your refund.

Cancellation requests are not a guarantee, as our cancellation system will not allow items to be canceled once they are being prepared for shipment.

What you can do if your Cancellation has been Denied

If you wish to keep your item(s) there is no further action needed.
If you wish to retun your unwanted item(s) you can do so once you have received your item(s). To get started, view our Return and Refund Policy.
